About Rainbow Box

Hi, I’m Eugen, the founder of Rainbow Box.

This is Bentley, in his favorite spot at Arabia Mountain. He is the reason this exists.

Losing him was one of the hardest experiences of my life. Like so many pet owners, I learned how quiet the days feel after the appointment is over. The house is the same, but everything feels different. That moment stayed with me.

Rainbow Box grew from the simple idea that care for a family should not end when the appointment does.

Why Rainbow Box exists

Veterinary teams carry an extraordinary responsibility. You guide families through one of the most difficult decisions they will ever make, often multiple times a week. In those moments, you bring compassion, steadiness, and dignity.

And then the day moves on.

For pet owners, however, the days that follow can feel overwhelming and very quiet. Many clinics want to do something more, but time is limited and the logistics are difficult to manage consistently.

Rainbow Box was created to gently extend your care beyond the visit, so families continue to feel supported in the days when grief is most deeply felt.

What we do

Rainbow Box is a small, family-run service that helps clinics send thoughtful aftercare gifts to grieving pet owners.

Each box is prepared with care and shipped directly to the client’s home, arriving later as a quiet and unexpected gesture of compassion. Clinics do not sell Rainbow Box. It is a gift that arrives unannounced, on behalf of the veterinary team.

Our goal is simple: to help you continue caring for your clients, even after the appointment is over.

A small family business

Rainbow Box is built and run by our family.

My wife Anna creates all artwork and illustrations. Every card, every line drawing, and every detail is designed with intention and care. What started as a personal project has grown through word of mouth within the veterinary community.

Today, we are grateful to support clinics and in-home euthanasia providers across the country who share the belief that no pet, and no family, should feel forgotten.
